Ecco a voi il tool definitivo per connettervi da Linux con il vostro modem Vodafone.

Potete installare il driver scaricandolo qua:

E poi semplicemente cliccandoci sopra e installandolo.
ISTRUZIONI EEEPC CON XANDROS
Aprite un terminale con ctrl+alt+t, e andiamo a modificare il file delle fonti:
sudo kate /etc/apt/sources.list
e aggiungete la linea:
http://betavine.net/repo/debian/dists/etch/ EeePC/
Salvate il tutto e aggiornate le fonti:
sudo apt-get update
Installate poi il pacchetto con:
sudo apt-get install vodafone-mobile-connect
Alla fine troverete la vostra applicazione pronta da usare, per una semplice configurazione lasciate username e password vuote e come APN scegliete web.omnitel.it .
